I sat there freezing. My fingerless gloves exposing bare skin to sub zero winds. When I started this project I felt conflicted and stuck with what to photograph. What is evidence? Is all photography evidence of something? It was tough to nail down this project until one evening I took a walk outside with my camera. It wasn't what I saw that inspired me. It was what I didn't see. The lack of cars. Lack of human presence. The first photo I took of this empty scene was what led me to this discovery of lack of evidence.
